Your responsibility as the Founders Associate Trainee (m/f/x) will be to act as the right-hand person to our founders, playing an instrumental role in driving the company's vision, strategy, and growth. Tasks

  • Be the "extension" of our founders at the helm of one of the industry's fastest-growing startups.
  • Strategic Support: Understand the founder's vision and translate it into actionable goals and strategies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities.
  • Project Management: Lead critical projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the company's high standards.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain a clear communication line with the founder and senior management, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Inter-departmental Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among various departments to ensure alignment with the company's overarching objectives.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Represent MYNE in high-stakes meetings with potential partners, investors, and clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry developments and trends.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a top-tier university.
  • Previous hands-on experience in a startup environment, consulting, investment banking or top tier law firm.
  • Proven ability to be a pragmatic problem solver.
  • Demonstrated hustle-hard mentality; this is not a 9 to 5 job.
  • Aspiration to start your own company in the future.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
