I am very experienced in recruiting and managing Software Developers and building Mobile Apps. It's a plus, but not needed if you are proficient in software development.
As a Co-Founder, you will be more than an Engineer, just like I'll be more than a Designer. While Engineering will be your focus area, you have to have skills beyond that and must be willing to wear many hats. You don't need to be great at Business or Marketing, but willing to help with that.
Please note that this is not supposed to be a side project, so you need to be willing to make a reasonable time commitment. However, this doesn't have to be full-time yet, so a transition is possible.
I'm based in Hamburg but will be moving to Berlin. You should be located in Berlin or Hamburg or area (it should not keep you from reaching out if not though).
