Join as Technical Co-Founder in a 5-person Y-Combinator startup (m/f/x)

Hi there! We have funding (YC and VC), customers, a unique (first to market) and hugely demanded product (sales email delivery), and we need a new technical leader to join our Founding team.

We're in the email space which presents hard technical problems reaching a distributed global network of 4m mailservers with layers of new and old protocols and algorithmically-defined policies. Data is core to our business, revealing what gets messages delivered and read on a large scale to business recipients.

We're a faster, less structured environment currently, with a technical culture and product. We're also domain experts: our last company was an Open Source Mailchimp alternative with 10k customers sending 2bn emails monthly.

Several roles are currently open, but this is different, being a Co-Founder position. You need strong back-end engineering experience for this position (eg Golang or Rust, not JS), plus good people and communication skills, a desire to achieve global scale and impact, and be happy to work in-person in our beautiful Berlin office.
