By working together closely with the Partnerships Lead, you will get the chance to help us grow the business, while we commit to helping you grow!


  • Explorer: You independently identify, evaluate and develop new strategic partnership opportunities as new growth channels.
  • Owner: You will initiate and take full ownership for business development projects and drive them forward proactively, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Operator: You evaluate already running partnerships and business initiatives and develop recommendations to further increase their growth impact.
  • Sparring Partner: You support the Partnerships Lead in preparing and navigating major strategic partnerships from the first pitch through to closing.
