In the role as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), your primary focus will be to make sure that our customer satisfaction is best-in-class. You will work in a cross-functional team where you will have the ability to influence our offering based on the insights you get from customers. You will become an expert on our customers, work with every department of the company and report customer insights to the rest of the team. Your goal is to make sure we create an outstanding customer experience.


  • Support our German customers via chat, email and phone
  • Be the natural link between our customers and the rest of the team
  • Guide customers throughout the onboarding process
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and engagement by creating a smooth experience
  • Optimize the customer journey by collecting insights from customers to improve our product
  • Identify how we can improve processes and ways of working to improve the customer experience
  • At the end of the day, you will represent our customer's voice internally
  • Future opportunities: build a Customer Success team


  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Strong communication skills, writing and verbally
  • Well-structured and accurate when performing tasks
  • Ability to multitask between customers and projects
  • Curious and eager to learn new things
  • Self-starter, when you identify problems you take the initiative to solve them independently
  • Understand the importance of keeping excellent customer support
  • Flexible and enjoy working in a transformative and upbeat environment
  • Fluent in German and business fluent in English
