Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Managing financial operations in accounting for payables and receivables.
  • Executing subscription operations, billing our customers and collect cash timely.
  • Developing, implementing and improving accounting and administrative policies and procedures with our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with our tax advisors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Coordinating the financial accounting & transactions of our subsidiaries together with the local tax accountants.
  • Guiding our colleagues on financial processes and policies.

Can you be the next Kenjonita?

To be successful at this position, we think you should:

  • Have relevant professional experience in the field of finance (+2 years), preferably in an audit firm or a high growth SaaS business.
  • You have excellent Excel & Google Sheets skills, as well as proven financial software experience.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and combine your quick understanding with a real sense of action.
  • Possess quantitative and analytical talent combined with effective communication skills
  • You are able to organize and prioritize your work autonomously in our trust-based environment.
  • You are able to pass on your knowledge and enable teams to do better.
  • You communicate in German and English on a professional level.
