We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Manager (m/f/x) to join our Team. In this role, you are responsible for our growth strategy in the regions assigned to you. You will actively build the sales pipeline and act as the first point of contact for potential new photographers


  • You are responsible for recruiting freelance photographers
  • You generate qualified outbound opportunities through research, identification, and active approach of new potential photographers
  • You are responsible for the active development of our Recruiting Pipeline
  • You identify and clarify the requirements or challenges to support our photographs to successfully conduct of their missions


  • You are an active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently and is always proactive
  • You are able to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in potential photographers through your positive, energetic, and creative manner
  • Plus | You already have experience in communicating with partners or customers, preferably in the B2B sector with a focus on new partner or customer acquisition (e.g.: call center, human resources, event management, etc.)
  • You are fluent in English
  • Plus | You speak an additional European language
