We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to build up our Customer Service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding service to our customers by developing effective customer service procedures and setting satisfaction goals.

Tasks

  • Be the first point of contact for our customer inquiries
  • Build up our customer service department
  • Provide support, instructions, and information at the hard- and software level
  • Find, define, and solve issues with and for our customers
  • Onboard customers to make sure they are as successful as possible with our technology
  • Communicate with the Tech department in regards to technical inquiries
  • You will have the chance to improve the product from our Customer feedback
  • Tracking, monitoring, and improving customer service KPIs

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A natural interest in technology
  • Excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is a big plus
  • Very high reliability and ability to work in a team
  • Valuable experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in B2B would be ideal
