Technical Account Manager (m/f/x)
Your mission:
In this position, you are a subject matter expert within the Sales function by providing excellent technical support. You help the Sales team with requests from core customers that need additional technical handling, in order to offer a quote:
- You work closely with the Key Account team to prepare quotes and tender requests by enterprises
- You are responsible for finding prices and determining the feasibility for the requested order with our producer-range
- You maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire product portfolio
- You are passionate about facilitating interactions between the Sales, Operations and Supplier teams
- You serve as a point of contact for escalating issues, both internally and externally, driving collaboration and communication to resolve them
Your profile:
- Experience in account management or a customer-facing role
- You have a strong technical skills and CAD knowledge
- You have experience in the sheet metal industry and a distinct technical understanding of this sector
- Your knowledge includes sales metrics, CRM use, tender management and RFQ
- Your excellent and professional communication skills keep internal and external stakeholders informed while delivering high-touch support
- You embody a persistent, ambitious and proactive person
- Excellent language skills in English and German are required
