Tasks

  • Selection of key sales metrics to adopt
  • Finding breaks in the sales process and making data-led improvement suggestions through Salesforce
  • Training & development on Salesforce with the sales team
  • Optimization and Implementation of sales processes (workflow, sales activities, lead generation, conversion rates) optimization of sales tools, knowledge base, and other assets (CRM, automation, data analytics, contract management, forms and templates, client engagement & outreach)
  • Building trade promotion management processes

Requirements

  • Salesforce administration qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Knowledge in trade promotion management is a plus
  • 3 years plus experience working in a sales administration environment
  • Fluent in English, German skills would be highly advantageous
