Zuora is looking for an Executive Assistant with the highest level of professionalism to support one or more Executives within our San Mateo (corporate) office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced environment supporting 1 or more executives, highly collaborative and knows the value of a “doing what it takes”.

  • Proactively manages rapidly fluctuating calendars for two executives, SVPs, including the coordination of complex executive, internal and client meetings, candidate interviews, all-hands, team dinners, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and follow through to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Communicate daily with customers, prospects, partners, and vendors while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy
  • Expense report management for the executives, and their direct reports
  • Work with a team of other EAs, as well with internal and external contacts, to schedule face-to-face meetings, audio and video conference calls, special initiatives or events, socials, offsite meetings, etc.
  • Fills in for Office Manager/Receptionist, as needed to cover when OOO. Works closely with the Office Manager on various miscellaneous tasks around the office
  • Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, with visa processing (as required)
