Zuora’s leading SaaS subscription relationship management platform helps enable businesses in any industry to launch or shift products to a subscription model and open new revenue streams. Our growth story is far from over. With our recent IPO, our sales operations team is a critical factor in delivering continuous growth through a data-driven approach to our field organization. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a systems and processes driven Sales Operations Manager who will deliver consistent execution to the sales organization and identify risks and opportunities before they manifest. With specific responsibility for delivering growth across our existing customer base, you will be responsible for delivering the operating cadence around upsell, churn and renewals.

This is your role to own. We have a wealth of data on our customers, so leverage your strong sales operations process-oriented mindset, coupled with your exceptional ability to deliver data-driven outcomes and enable your team to impact one of the most important aspects of Zuora’s growth.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Continue to iterate and improve on our operating cadence with our Global Account Management teams
  • Work closely with our data scientist to better understand customer behavior and activity, with an expectation to drive revenue growth
  • Work directly with the sales organization to help them improve their KPI’s
  • Provide continuous evaluation of account ownership and Account Manager territories
  • Be directly responsible for delivering continuous bookings growth and churn reduction

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 2+ years experience in a management role
  • BS/BA in business, finance, economics or other quantitative fields preferred
  • Strong management skills
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with Sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
  • Motivated to work cross-functionally in a role which supports multiple business partners
  • Understanding of SaaS business model
  • Experience with Salesforce and Zuora is a plus
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to multitask and manage team to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
