The primary project for your summer internship will be to support the ZEO Success Partner (HRBP) team. The client facing ZS Partners influence and execute people driven programs and practices in their assigned client groups. The ZS Partners coach leaders in the transformation of organizations, assess and up-skill talent in the business, and influence the successful achievement of the business strategy.

This project will likely involve the following:

  • Career Tracks Program: Help develop the process for navigating this complex program in collaboration with ZEO Success Rewards and Collect data for building out templates and developing career tracks for specific organizations. Assist in project plan build out.
  • Assist with Z-Grow training with client groups and follow-up on status of adoption in each organization.
  • Complete deeper analysis and develop recommendations for specific organizations from our Glint survey.
  • Operationalize turnover analysis - detailed reporting of reasons from the term tracker; Help gather data and insights to develop recommendations to improve turnover less than 1 year of service; by region.
  • Provide detailed data analysis to support ZS Partners with recommendations for People & Organizational strategy and projects.
  • Severance template consolidation. Currently, there are multiple versions of our templates and we need to have 2 per state with some text available as needed on equity, benefits. Coordinate with Legal to collect and properly identify final templates and then file for ZSP access.
  • Document the Internal Investigation process and create investigation templates for questions.
  • Create templates and tools from our current coaching content for ZSPs specifically designed for the 360 feedback process.
  • Assist with 360 follow-up check ins regarding progress and the overall experience; launch the 360 process for each participant. Complete analysis of trends from the consolidated data.
  • Intranet support - Develop a ZSP page and a description of ZSP team and role - to be shared globally with all ZEO’s
  • Develop ideas and a plan for Z-Women events/meetings for locations outside of the U.S.
  • Assess, analyze and solve real time employee issues, as appropriate and needed.

Educational and Skill Requirements

  • Senior in Fall 2019 working on a bachelors in business or social science or equivalent; or, 1st year MBA or masters in industrial/labor relations, human resources or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Strong organization skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Takes initiative and has Innate curiosity
