You’ll own all aspects of Leadership and Development at Zuora and will be tasked to create and enhance differentiated learning solutions and strategies that align with our business goals and most importantly, build the skills and capabilities we need as we grow.

While we’ve already established a strong foundation, you will partner directly with our SVP of ZEO Success (head of people) and our business leaders across the organization to build the next generation learning strategy. This will include expanding, growing and differentiating the current learning portfolio of Z-Leadership, Manager Enablement and On-Boarding as well as our popular Career Cash and Career Fuel programs. Building a new Talent Review process with a focus on our Top 50 leaders and a career growth framework will be a key priority.


Proven experience and impressive results from past roles and a vision and communication skills to build an exciting and impactful learning strategy to support our growth plans.

  • 5-10 years of experience in global Leadership and Development roles, driving learning transformation and strategies for fast-growing tech companies, ideally including a rapidly scaling SaaS company
  • Strong and proven results running a successful Leadership and Development function. This includes budget management, forecasting and modeling, managing a global team as well as all the supporting tools, processes and schedules.
  • Deep understanding of how to effectively partner with business leaders (and ZEO Success) to understand, analyze and draw insights from business needs for skills assessments and then translate into plans and team roles. Understands how to demonstrate training ROI to shareholders
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong executive presence with the ability to partner well cross-functionally and cross-culturally to identify learning needs, build consensus, influence a broad range of internal audiences and do what's right for the business
  • An outstanding leader who is viewed as a role model for learning, building teams and individual capabilities. Aware of new ideas, latest technology and best practices in the industry (for example - gamification, micro-learning, mobile learning,
  • Strong, dynamic, self-starter with the ability to thrive and chart a path forward in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
