As our inbound marketing manager DACH you will be responsible to manage, develop and build existing and new digital marketing initiatives in one of our core markets. You will directly see your impact materialized in the growth of your core market.

Responsibilities

As an inbound marketer you will:

  • Manage and develop our blog - the primary information portal for fleet and mobility management. You organize and edit guest posts and you write high-quality SEO articles,
  • Jointly with the email and paid ads marketer, you conceptualize and organize marketing campaigns. You coordinate the campaign topic, create respective content (white papers, webinars) and acquire and coordinate guest experts.
  • Organize, promote and execute webinars for existing customers as well as prospects
  • You build content distribution relationships with industry partners to ensure your content reaches a large audience. You position Avrios as the thought-leader in your market.
  • Use Hotjar, Google analytics etc. to measure and improve your campaign performance

A day in the life of

Start the day with a coffee and marketing stand-up meeting explaining your results from the previous campaigns. Then you move on to finish your weekly blog post about fleet management and continue to analyze the performance of your last webinar in Google Analytics and Hubspot. In the afternoon, you reach out to industry experts to coordinate the next webinar you’re organizing together. You conclude your day by sending a journalist all information about Avrios and - by using your excellent communication skills - ensure he mainly cites you when writing about the future of mobility.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in online or content marketing
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in German
  • Native level German speaker
  • Experience with working in Google Analytics and HubSpot or other Marketing automation tools
  • Experience with the principles of SEO writing
  • A driven, open-minded and fast learning personality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, IT, CS, Business, Marketing, Communication, Languages or equivalent
