We have, since then, grown the team by 250% and seen significant increases in key business metrics including user count, transactions processed, and MRR.

You Must:

  • Be the face of our San Francisco office making sure every candidate experience is amazing! This includes setting up interview rooms, greeting candidates, and showing them around the office.
  • Develop & implement strategic sourcing strategies across advertising, social, LinkedIn Recruiter, career pages, referrals, agencies, university, meetups, events and more.
  • Manage all recruitment marketing initiatives to include employee blog posts, Glassdoor, and others.
  • Train, educate, and drive everyone at Thanx to help find the best talent, continuing to build a culture of recruiting.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and understand overall needs and requirements (description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.) then source, schedule, recruit, and hire the best talent.
  • Provide reporting and regular status updates. Don’t worry it’s easy in our ATS, Greenhouse.

You have:

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • An extensive track record of success in all things recruiting in a high growth startup or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects and in teams; shared responsibility for results, while providing and accepting feedback.
  • A dynamic personality with the ability to build relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
