We’re hiring for a senior User Experience designer who is ready to put their talent to work on something that matters. In this role, you'll lead the way in making our user interface one that helps people live healthier lives without the anxiety so many currently associate with the healthcare system. You'll be part of originating an innovative and intuitive mobile user experience that helps consumers conveniently solve their health issues, and your vision will allow millions of patients to get well faster and live healthier lives.

You can expect to:

  • Develop and deliver our mobile-first, responsive user interface
  • Partner with engineering and product in creatively solving digital health problems
  • Get up close to our customer in order to undertand user needs and identify simple design solutions to address them
  • Manage our design process, timelines and production from wireframes to workflows
  • Build and develop a first-in-class UX/UI team

You’d be great for this role if you:

  • Have spent 6 or more years driving elegant designs from inception to fruition
  • Have experience creating mobile & responsive design
  • Are excited about working in lean, agile environments geared towards making an impact that matters
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of front-end & mobile development platforms
  • Demonstrate an eye for simplicity in design and a hunger to push the boundaries of standard UX conventions
  • Love creating across a collaborative culture of design, engineering, and product
