I. Finance

  • Own financial planning, reporting, and analysis with the help of outside Controller
  • Lead company accounting responsibilities, A/R & A/P with the help of the Controller and Office Manager
  • Assist CEO with board meeting preparation and content

II. Strategic Planning & Communication

  • Work with the CEO to drive Quarterly Business Goals and Reviews across functions
  • Develop and maintain a company-wide “Progress Dashboard” with key product, business and people metrics
  • Structure and execute strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations

III. Internal Operations

  • Drive internal projects to improve and optimize operational processes (HR, Talent Acquisition & Recruiting, New Hire On-boarding) and company culture
  • Manage relationships with corporate service providers including outside legal counsel, controller, tax accountants and vendors

IV. Compliance

  • Own and maintain compliance across various functions with various healthcare / regulatory standards in close collaboration with product and engineering teams

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of work experience in financial planning and/or business/internal operations
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analysis skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of business strategies and drivers
  • Passion for developing and nurturing strong team culture!
  • Experience managing people, driving initiatives across multiple teams, and leading operational and strategic projects
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; Bachelor’s Degree; MBA highly desirable
