For our portfolio companies we are looking for ENTREPRENEURIAL salespeople with INTEGRITY and HONESTY who are AGGRESSIVE and MONEY-MOTIVATED. You must be able to handle all facets of the sales process – from cold calling to closing (if you wait for the phone to ring, this is not the job for you). You will be targeting C level executives. Great Success will lead to Equity ownership. Develop, execute and track yearly sales objectives to meet individual and team revenue targets (Territory/Account Plans). Formulate and develop sales strategies for large account opportunities (Opportunity Plans).

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for clients
  • Qualifying sales prospects
  • Understanding and identifying client’s needs
  • Writing proposals
  • Closing
  • Work and re-enforce relationships with strategic partners to drive incremental revenue
  • Building and Managing Client Relationships
  • Provide feedback to management to assist in sales growth and improved productivity

Qualifications:

  • Power Based or Solution Selling experience
  • Team oriented and customer focused
  • Computer skills: word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, ERM and email
  • University/College a must. Preference for Computer Science or Engineering graduates
  • High level references required
