Solv Sales works as a team to deliver consistent, explosive growth. You'll be responsible for connecting and introducing Solv to prospective clients and working with them to find, isolate and ultimately solve their biggest challenges. You should love talking to prospects and shouldn’t be afraid of high outreach volume to hit goals. You should be a team player looking for the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization.

In this role you will:

  • Introduce Solv to prospective clients
  • Educate prospective clients on Solv's offering and understand their key business needs
  • Establish rapport with stakeholders and key decision makers
  • Work with our support, product, and engineering teams to ensure that we meet and exceed the needs of our clients
  • Bring energy and out-of-the-box thinking to solving our customer’s needs and problems
  • Be a self starter and take the lead in creating our sales
  • Have passion for learning and building, with a customer service first attitude

Great candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, with 1+ years of successful lead qualification experience and outbound sales outreach
  • Proven track record of overachieving targets or quotas
  • Previous phone and email prospecting experience
  • Quick thinker, able to handle questions on the fly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Plus: Experience with Healthcare and/or related products, Salesforce, Social Selling
  • A high degree of work ethic, energy and a positive, can-do attitude

As an early member of our high growth team, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our users and setting them up for success using Solv! You've ideally spent some time in healthcare and already know or can quickly learn the ins and outs of our delivery system. By introducing our platform to clinics nationwide, you'll not only delight our customers but will play a key role in creating a better patient experience. You will work directly with our Head of Sales.
