In 2011, we invented Hashtag Printing and since then our printers and guest-generated mosaics have been featured at 1,500+ events in 200 cities across the globe, from the Grammys to the Olympics, from Dreamforce to Lollapalooza. As the number of events that we support increases, so will the team that makes those events a success. The Operations Specialist will own a significant portion of the event life-cycle: from when the Sales team first lands the client to when the the party wraps up.

This is a client facing role, and you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients across different industries -- from fashion, to pro sports, to cloud computing, and everything in between. A key part of this role is working with these clients to ensure they know how to maximize the benefit of having Luster at their event and to ensure we have everything we need from them.
This role will require exquisite organizational and communication skills. You must be comfortable with Excel/Google docs and be able to learn new systems quickly. If you’re the most organized person you know, that’s a great start.
