In 2011, we invented Hashtag Printing. Today, our products have been featured at over 1,500 events in 200 cities across the globe, including events like The Grammys, The Olympics, The Super Bowl, Comic-Con, and many more.

You can find our offices in 10 countries wrapping the globe. We’ve achieved all this while staying under 20 people in our main New York office and keeping a fun and relaxed environment.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial candidate with outstanding strategy experience; preferably with experience in events, digital media, and social media. The CMO will take a leading role in developing the overarching marketing strategy to maximize inbound leads, and ensure our products and customer experience is top notch. This is a hands-on role, and you will work independently while collaborating closely with sales, ops, dev, and ultimately report to the founders of the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Produce innovative, bold global marketing campaigns.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through all consumer touch points.
  • Help guide the product line marketing effort for international partners by providing strategic plans and objectives.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details. Execution and tracking are just as important to you as the strategy.
  • Ensure all appropriate analytics are being captured to measure performance and inform decisions about prioritizing and optimizing.
  • Own P&L management and marketing initiative ROI analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of innovative digital marketing with an inspiring track record developing a leading brand.
  • Be comfortable building high-level digital marketing programs and defining direction.
  • Possess a great passion for customer experience with prior success communicating a transformational story to the market.
  • Have ownership of marketing a physical product and/or service.
  • Prior experience at a similar stage, entrepreneurial company with a deep understanding of the growth trajectory and scaling required.
  • Successful track record of launching multiple products.
  • Success stories of building and mentoring a world-class marketing organization.
  • Superior analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Successful track record of a hiring strategy and review process that retained the majority of employees for many years.
