There are three main areas of responsibility for the AAE role: Project Coordination, Media Coordination, and Administrative Tasks

PROJECT COORDINATION

  • Input all projects into online project management system and oversee production cycle to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Collect and communicate internal and client feedback on projects
  • Communicate daily with project management team to ensure your projects move forward and facilitate communication regarding projects between departments (Account, Strategy, Creative, Media)
  • Provide regular status updates for your projects at check in meetings and when asked by senior account team members
  • Identify potential issues and work to correct with senior account team and project managers
  • Communicate with client to gather assets and discuss project specifications as needed

MEDIA COORDINATION

  • Complete and deliver all paid social campaign launch documents, SEM campaign launch documents, and deliver eblast documentation and materials
  • Traffic all assets to the Media department on deadline
  • QA paid social ads, eblasts, and trafficking spreadsheets to ensure creative is running in the correct placements

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

  • Take and distribute accurate meeting notes including specific decision points and next steps
  • Update weekly snapshot data reports as needed with data from several sources
  • Update client meeting agendas and proof presentation decks
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings
  • Schedule catering and manage conference room set-up and breakdown
  • Periodically attend client meetings

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing, agency, or interactive experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Superior attention to detail and time management skills
  • Passion for Live Entertainment, Events, and/or the Arts
