driveblocks, a start-up based in Munich|Werksviertel, develops the Mapless Autonomy Platform for automated and autonomous driving in the commercial vehicle sector. The core technology is a combination of transformer neural networks based on a universal foundation model and geometrically interpretable sensor-fusion to create a next-generation perception software suite. In contrast to existing technologies based on so-called high-definition maps, this eliminates the need for costly pre-mapping and constant updating of these maps in the cloud.

Your Role
- Business and go-to-market strategy development.
- Business Plan maintenance, refinement & scenario analysis.
- Financial accounting, stakeholder reporting, and customer relations handling.
- Coordination of internal and external company events, including trade fairs, customer demonstrations, and team events.
- Conception and realisation of marketing initiatives.
- Support with fundraising activities.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field with a strong academic record.
- Experience in the mobility sector, management consulting, a technology company, or venture capital.
- Strong affinity for technology and innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to deep-dive into new challenges.
- Team-player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
