What you bring:
- Proven experience in low code & automation environment (e.g., bubble, zapier, make, etc.) and willing to work hands-on
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, and data management. Particularly with airtable and low code solutions
- Experience in collaborating with development teams and delivering software products
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement new technology solutions
- You are highly motivated, learn fast, and can also work hands-on
- You want to make your own decisions guided by our mantra how to increase the amout of CO2-savings
- You are a strong communicator and are willing to learn how to present Simpact to external stakeholders and customers at fairs, events, etc.
- You ideally already have B2B SaaS experience
- You are only satisfied if the customer is satisfied
- You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
- You love to share your thoughts and grow with others
Your tasks:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Low Code Developer to join our team. As full stack low code Developer you will be responsible for driving technology innovation and developing and implementing the company's technical strategy. You will create innovative solutions that enable us to scale our business and drive growth. You will work with several low code solutions like softr and bubble enhanced by custom code. On the backend side you will work on several Airtable bases combined with SQL. Any experience in automation will smoothen your onboarding.

This is what the individual steps look like:
1. Initial Chat: to get to know each other, mainly learn about you, your current situation and your expectations with our CEO and Co-Founder Dominik (20 min)
2. Expertise interview: we want to test your abilities and learn more about your past projects with our CEO Dominik (60min). We may ask for a reference call at this point, depending on the situation.
3. Final Meeting: to find out if we click together, whether it’s during lunch or a remote call with Dominik & Souvik (approx. 45 min)
