How you will make an impact
- Support a group of 60-70 medium-sized to enterprise customers along the entire customer journey and advise them on the integration and usage of the SDK.
- Identify the specific needs of various industries and thus contribute to product development, marketing, and growth.
- Collaborate with our support and development teams to solve our customers' support and feature requests.
- Manage formal quotations, invoices, and license renewals with our Finance & Operations team.
- Expand the Scanbot SDK's usage through multi-faceted cross-selling and upselling campaigns.
- Provide regular market and competitive research on which to base our cross-selling and upselling strategy.
- Work on the continuous optimization of the CSM processes.

What you need to succeed
We have put a lot of thought into what you should bring to this position.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role.
- You have worked in a B2B company, preferably in the field of SaaS.
- You are a strong team player who enjoys sharing their expertise.
- You are open-minded, communicative, and interested in building lasting client relationships.
- You are detail-oriented, hungry to learn, and ready to take over responsibility for your allocated group of customers.
- You are fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus.
