Founded in Madrid in 2021, Catcher is a tech company that has developed the only last mile B2B marketplace that connects restaurants with delivery drivers. The platform aims at optimising delivery flexibility, enhancing cost and quality for restaurants and boosting income for delivery drivers.

OUR MISSION.

Our mission is to build and develop the technology needed to achieve sustainable and fair last mile logistics for both restaurants and delivery drivers. We are changing the way in which both parties relate to each other by achieving a premium delivery experience that combines speed, flexibility and fair rates.

We are in the process of growing and expanding internationally and we would like you to join our project.

We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team based in Berlin.

What you will do

- Constantly seek out new sales opportunities focusing on restaurants through cold calling, on-site visits, networking and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify areas for service improvement.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective objectives.
- Efficiently manage and organize your own schedule to meet predetermined sales targets.

What we are looking for

- Proficiency in both German and English at a C1 level.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or a relevant role.
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Highly valued experience in startups or B2B enterprise environments with a high level of demand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Solution-oriented, always looking for innovative ways to make things work rather than reasons why something doesn't work.
- Understanding of data, pivot tables and technology.
- Entrepreneurial. We like you to take initiative and think "outside the box".
