Our software is checking and mitigating all types of legal risks for HR and Travel Managers and helps the company to stay compliant with low effort.

Are you ready to take your early stage B2B sales experience to the next level? rhome is looking for a driven Sales and Business Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about Tech, HR and eager to drive growth in a dynamic startup environment.


Your Role:

- Leverage your experience in SaaS sales to effectively prospect via emails, social media, and targeted calls.
- Actively find new ways of effective lead generation and building relationships with HR executives and managers.
- Cultivate and expand C-Level relationships within key accounts.
- Contribute to the exploration and mastery of new market territories.
- Assist in developing a strategic sales plan and maintain an accurate sales forecast.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
- Represent rhome at local meet-ups and industry events.
- Work collaboratively to achieve and surpass sales goals and targets.


We are looking for:

- At least 3-4 years of experience in an early stage B2B sales role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech startup environment.
- Someone who wants to execute the whole sales process from personal touchpoints, lead generation and also growing into closing deals and Account Executive roles
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the SaaS industry.
- A competitive spirit and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- A native or fluent German Speaker that is also based in Germany and able to attend events in different places.
