As a leading provider of AI software, we design solutions for numerous domains: industrial automation, manufacturing, retail, surveillance, logistics, and transportation.


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our B2B AI startup. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our computer vision solutions, expand our market presence, and generate leads. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company at the forefront of AI innovation.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing and AI.


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
