Your mission
Independent processing of financial accounting for all (international) companies of the BigRep Group, including:
- Posting all bank and cash transactions,
- Reconciliation of general ledger and clearing accounts,
- Master data maintenance,
- Reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts,
- Digital processing of incoming invoices
- Processing travel expense reports
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
- Further development of (digital) accounting processes
- Assumption of other accounting activities, such as:
- Reconciliation and processing of credit cards
- Execution of payment runs using electronic payment transactions
- Implementation and further development of dunning procedures
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting - ideally in an industrial company
- You are proficient in common MS Office programs, especially Excel
- You have user skills in Sage or comparable ERP solutions
- You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented
- You are a team player and communicate openly and clearly
- You enjoy developing processes and tools
- Language skills:
- German: B1
- English: C1

About us
BigRep is an international 3D printing company. In addition to large-format 3D printers produced in series, BigRep is continuously developing comprehensive complete solutions for integrated, additive manufacturing systems as well as a wide range of printing materials on an open choice basis. The portfolio currently includes six large-format industrial 3D printers. BigRep GmbH, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Berlin, has offices in Boston and Singapore and, since the merger with HAGE 3D in 2024, in Graz and Obdach. BigRep currently employs around 100 people.
