Job Description:

Are you a passionate and entrepreneurial marketer with a talent for sales? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Co-Founder specializing in Marketing and Sales.


- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
- Sales Growth: Lead sales efforts to expand our customer base, build strong client relationships, and meet revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Team Leadership: As a co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's direction and culture. You'll have the opportunity to build and lead your marketing and sales team.
- Fluent in German and English: Given our global ambitions, fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication and market expansion.


- Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to take risks and innovate.
- Passion for our industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
