Did you know that according to the 2021 EY Law Survey, contracting teams at large organizations manage an average of 19,000 contracts a year (the busiest over 50,000)? With this in mind, it's no surprise that 99% of organizations report that managing current contracting workloads is a challenge and that 78% reported that they don't systematically track their contractual obligations.

Poor contracting procedures stemming from a lack of capable technology not only result in lost business, but also leave businesses open to a variety of risks including costly legal disputes. Having a software that helps companies better manage, track, and analyze their contract terms and obligations can help mitigate these risks.

Introducing Contractuali, a next generation Contract Management and Analytics platform purpose built to revolutionize the way companies handle their contracts, turning them from potential liabilities into the data-rich assets they should always have been.

We have assembled a strong engineering team and are currently in the midst of developing the Minimum Viable Product for our launch into a market estimated to be worth $35B in the first quarter of 2023. As we prepare for launch, we are searching for an experienced Marketing & Sales professional to join the team as a co-founder.

Job Responsibilities

As a part of defining and executing our Marketing (including SEO) & Sales/Growth strategies, you will:

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing & Sales teams
- Set, monitor, and report on team OKRs & strategy KPIs
- Ensure strong and consistent brand message across all channels and marketing efforts
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the Contractuali USP and value proposition through proposals & presentations


- Bachelors or advanced degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of marketing/sales experience in a B2B setting
- Experience as Head of Marketing/VP Marketing or sales manager with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Experience with the following: SEO, B2B Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, & B2B funnel building
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products & services and position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills as well as verbal and written communications skills
- Based in Hamburg or Berlin, Germany
- Fluent in English and German
