Tasks
- Work closely with Multiloop’s leadership on both strategic and operational tasks
- Manage the venture development process incl. designing and launching a scalable operating model, building strategic partnerships and acquiring key customers
- Prioritize and diligently work through key initiatives in collaboration with the senior management and key project stakeholders
- Create presentations, financial models and executive decision-making documents
- Prepare, organize, evaluate and follow-up on meetings of all kind – be it strategic, board or creative ones
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a leading high growth venture in an execution-driven project management or operations role
- Strong entrepreneurial passion and the desire to learn what it is like to launch and scale an innovative business from scratch
- Passionate about sustainability, logistics and new business models
- Highly analytical, convincing communicator and solution-oriented problem solver
- Humble and driven: You're not afraid to do the dirty work to get the job done
- Fluent in German and English
