Die Beschreibung: Sales Manager als Startup

We are Qerko - a fast-growing fintech that has been developing and operating an application since 2019 that enables customers to pay easily and quickly.

We have about 800 partner restaurants in Czech and are now ready to start a new journey in Germany. We help our partner restaurants to find more time for their customers and thus earn more. They have the opportunity to use Qerko not only as an application for easy payment via QR codes, but also as a solution for a digital loyalty program, digital menu, reordering or as an e-shop solution for their websites.

Because we are growing fast, we are looking for reinforcement in our German sales team that will help us to be in thousands of restaurants soon.

Although we meet together in our office in Berlin, we are often in the field for personal meetings with partners.

The goal of our team is to acquire new partners in the field of gastronomy - restaurants, pubs and cafes.

What awaits you here:

- Identifying and approaching potential partners.
- Managing all activities along the sales processes from the initial contact to the closing of a deal.
- Build a strong brand for Qerko as a new payment system provider for restaurants, bars and cafés.
- Building strong cooperations with partners to further develop special customer offers, loyalty programs and a lot more.

What we expect from you:

- Result-driven and highly motivated to play a crucial role to develop a new business in Germany.
- Experience with the acquisition processes - experience in the field of gastronomy industry is plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to develop and implement a new payment system to create a new customer payment experience.
- Customer passion and focus are self-evident for you.
- Motivation to grow personally and professionally.
- Fluent in German and English.
