We’re on a mission to help organizations contextualize the environment they operate in.

At Echo Analytics, we work with companies from all over the world. We create, combine, and convert thousands of public and private datasets into meaningful geospatial insights and provide the most accurate commercial Point of Interest (POI) product and mobility insights available in Europe.

Tasks

Your Role at Echo

We’re currently growing the team and hiring A-players to help us get to the next level.

Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of our clients’ needs.
- Use a consultative selling approach to propose value-added solutions and help clients optimize their business.
- Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to manage complex sales cycles and grow the pipeline.
- Strategically negotiate deals that are mutually-beneficial and deliver maximum revenue.
- Develop and implement plans to maintain and expand existing accounts.
- Use sales forecasting methods in order to plan your sales pipeline.
- Actively seek customer feedback to improve satisfaction, sales process and close more sales.
- Work cross-functionally to bring new ideas to the table and continue to fuel the Echo interface with more unique datasets and points of interest.

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

- 2+ years of closing sales experience.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated skills in relationship building with key decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented and result-driven.
- Complex contract management experience.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction mindset.
- Experience with CRM software (preferred Hubspot).
- Fluency in English and German (additional language will be a plus).
- Preferred: Experience in Big Data, GIS, DAAS or Enterprise SAAS will be a plus
