Your main responsibilities would be:

- Take full ownership of the content production and delivery process for our German and English Websites (Blog Articles, Landing Pages, Case Studies, Brochures etc.)
- Continuously update and curate our existing content
- Help develop, lead and execute our corporate communication strategy
- Manage our German Social Media Channels (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook)
- Organise Webinars and Community Events
- Coordinate Freelancers and Agencies
- Assist in the creation of Interviews with our customers
- Performing content and performance analysis together with our Online Marketing Team
- Collaborating on projects across departments (ex. Sales, Design, CS)

Workload distribution:

- 60% write compelling content in English and German ( website, blog articles, emails, social media posts, ebooks)
- 30% increase our community, reputation and leads coming through different channels
- 20% prepare and promote future events ( webinars and conferences)

To be successful at this position, we think you should have:

- 3+ years of experience in a content marketing position (or similar) as well as managing small teams.
- Passion for creating eye-catching content.
- Excellent communication skills (both in English and German) and good sense of organization.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Natural networking affinity, a track record of establishing a solid network for PR activities.
- Knowledge and experience of SEO best practices.
- A knack for blending content with data.
- A motivated spirit that enjoys the startup environment and brings positivity around.

A plus but not required:

- Experience in creating assets such as graphs, e-books, infographics.
- Experience with HR Software and Tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEMrush (or equivalents).
