I am a french chef baker and want to start in Germany a project mix of restaurant and bakery. The people can buy and eat in the restaurant the bread and pastries they watch during the daily production. The bakery and restaurant will be in the same room separated by a glass wall.
I took 2 bakeries in France one in Saint Michel-de-dèze a village and one in Dinan. I want to go back to Germany where I have done my master in bakery. I am interested in international products. I worked in different countries for example Canada, GB.
