The Swiss startup scene is on the rise according to startup country reports. Over the past year, a sum of 41,329 new companies were registered within the country, increasing the potential for startup jobs. Some interesting figures for the gender ratio found that twenty-five percent of Swiss startup founders were female which is a promising number for an increase in female founders in years to come. Additionally, around two-thirds of the reported startups created were founded by Swiss nationals. The support for startups throughout the country is commendable. Since the Swiss economy has stabilized it has also given encouragement to the startup ecosystem in the country. Their domination of technology startups bodes well for the foreign market, helping the startups that are currently assimilating, as well as giving future startup companies and jobs a positive outlook moving forward.
